On Saturday 28 March 2009 at 8.30pm, individuals, businesses, companies, schools and iconic buildings across Scotland will turn off their lights for one hour - WWF's Earth Hour.
On Saturday 28 March 2009 at 8.30pm, individuals, businesses, companies, schools and iconic buildings across Scotland will turn off their lights for one hour - WWF's Earth Hour.
WWF’s Earth Hour already has support in over 1800 cities in 80 countries.
Here in Scotland, lights will go out in every major city and on some of the country's most iconic buildings including: Edinburgh Castle, the Forth Rail Bridge, the Scottish Parliament and ---Kelvinside Hillhead Parish Church.
Earth Hour will be observed by Kelvinside Hillhead Parish Church at the appointed time of 20:30hrs on Saturday 28th.March 2009.
